Sir Daisley is a distinguished leader celebrated for his excellence in creativity, language, cross-cultural compassion, and global leadership. His international career spans diplomacy, skills development, cultural outreach, and social advocacy. A former New Business Development Facilitator with CACOMEXAT Brazil, he now serves as International Relations Director and Associate Professor at the virtual campus of the Global Educational & Professional Excellence Academy (GEPEA), guiding emerging professionals.

As an Authorized Agent for the Caribbean, South America, and the UK, he champions the humanitarian vision of the Solo Surakarta Hadiningrat Sultanate and its affiliated institutions, including PDKS, ROS, PBX, the Surakarta Institute of Arts, Culture & Science, and Shri Pakubuwono X Alexandrina Victoria II International University, where he serves as Diplomat, Lecturer, and Dean. His advocacy reaches global platforms focused on sustainability, human rights, peace, and food security. He also represents Barbados as Country Director/Ambassador to various NGOs across Africa, Austria, India, and Asia, and contributes to academic thought as a board member of the Euro-Global Contemporary Studies Journal.
